Returbo invoice through Shopify, with the payment alternative you have chosen. This will occur automatically. You will be charged once a month, the exact date will depend on your Shopify billing cycle.

If you activate PostNord we will charge an additional $0,5 per generated return shipping slip if you are on the Pay-as-You-Go plan. It is included in the higher plans. This does not include the actual price of the return shipping cost. The price of return shipping cost is based on your agreement with PostNord.

We don’t have any limit on the PAYG plan, whether you have 1 return or 1000 returns a month, the pricing remains the same. We charge $1 per return and an additional $0,5 per generated return shipping slip.

The Essential plan has a 200 return limit per month and the Pro plan has a 700 return limit per month.
