The customer creates a request The customer chooses between the return, exchange, or complaint options by using our pre-filled digital return. Smooth! 2. Autogenerate return shipping slip The customer receives an auto-generated return shipping slip or QR-code directly to their email and in the digital return form. 3. Select a carrier In settings you select your preferred carrier(s) to automatically send the return shipping slip with. We have multiple carriers to choose from. 4. Receive automatic tracking updates When the request has been shipped, Returbo automatically tracks the return and lets both you and your customer know when it has arrived at the warehouse. 5. The customer receives a automatic update When the request’s status changes, an automated email is sent to your customers.
