Our new SMS feature is a game-changer in e-commerce returns. With just a few simple steps, customers can now receive a QR code on their phone via an SMS message, or directly on the PostNord app, eliminating the need to print a return shipping slip. Here’s how it works:

1. The eCommerce merchant activates the SMS feature in our user-friendly Returbo app.
2. Their customers fill out the digital return form on their website and provide their phone number.
3. Within moments, PostNord sends an SMS to the customer phone with a QR code that they can show at the PostNord service point.
4. At the service point, the staff prints the return slip for the customer, the customer leaves the package, and the return is complete!
